Payscale’s 2024 End-of-Year Report looks at the state of the job market, the top 10 in-demand jobs by wage growth, the top jobs people are seeking to quit, and top jobs employers are trying to recruit in 2024.
In April 2022, Payscale hosted a Connect Event with mid-size companies that have 100-749 employees to discuss the trends and challenges they are facing when it comes to pay equity. Participants shared their perspectives, gained insights from others about the compensation challenges affecting their priorities, and were able to discuss how they are adjusting comp strategies to address retention as well as responses to inflation.
