The Chemist Warehouse Reviews

What is it like working at The Chemist Warehouse?

Underwhelming.
Pharmacy Assistant in Turramurra:
Pros: I appreciate the company's various opportunities to extend product knowledge. I also appreciate the company's easily understood merchandising instructions.
Cons: You are paid bare minimum wage, you are hardly shown any appreciation by owners or managers, organization of stock and employes is abysmal. Most importantly, is the disrespect from store owners towards their own staff members when seeking to move elsewhere. Employers are not willing to give out appropriate references and insist on making the while provess difficult.
Exhausting, soul destructive.
Pharmacy Assistant in Melbourne:
Pros: Dealing with nice people & customers sometimes.
Cons: Hectic, too much stock and endless boxes, long day of non stop moving
Good.
Pharmacist:
Pros: Busy environment, large number of customers so you help more people. Close to my home and located in a lovely area.
Cons: The salary will not increase with experience, minimal opportunity for professional development and that makes me worried about my future when I get older. Sometimes it gets hectic in the store, also I feel there is a big barrier between the staff, the pharmacist and the owners or the general manager.
