Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Carmel, Indiana:

Pros: location and dress code.

Cons: never can take a week off unless you schedule it in January when they open up the calendars for the year. Very little ongoing training. No effort at all to help employees improve in their jobs. All focus is on statistics and no one focuses on customer satisfaction or helpfulness of the employees.

Too many duties and responsibilities laid upon PSW’s that it’s overwhelming. Over worked and under paid is an understand statement. I personally feel Like PSW‘s are treated as if we are expendable.

Personal Support Worker (PSW) in Dryden, Ontario:

Pros: Talking and caring for the residents

Cons: Not enough care is provided to the residents. Using Old equipment and tight spaces while transferring residents in hoyer and Sabina is a safety concern for residents and staff. But no one cares.
