Walmart.com Reviews

What is it like working at Walmart.com?

It’s a job.
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPHT) in Highland Village:
Pros: The work environment and people I work with is great and I feel appreciated for the hard work I do.
Cons: I can’t seem to understand why some customers think they can treat retail associates like they are not human beings and always assume we are at fault for something being wrong.
An overall positive place to grow your career.
Lead Product Designer in San Bruno:
Pros: Wonderful thoughtful group of designers who take care in creating the best experiences for our customers.
Cons: Lack of process and organization with 4 in the box partners. Size of the company makes you feel like a number (ie layoffs in 2020 that hurt morale);
It’s is a difficult , labor intensive job with little pay and a big workload.
Overnight Stocker in Nanaimo:
Pros: The people
Cons: The amount of injuries you suffer while being employed
Join the Walmart team for a comprehensive experience of pergatory.
Produce Stocker (Grocery) in Ephrata:
Pros: Going home
Cons: Everything. No support. Bad hours. Unrealistic expectations.
Efforts are under appreciated.
Staff Pharmacist in San Antonio:
Pros: Counseling patients
Cons: Patient's can write whatever they want true or untrue and the company sides with the patient.
Extremely hard constantly alone one person to take care of entire deli management seems detached never any help or leadership.
Deli Associate in Buffalo Grove:
Pros: The other associates in dept they work as a team!
Cons: Management no help lack of leadership what’s so ever
Associates are ignored, unimportant, and treated like their less than by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager. Advanced pay rates for opening position's are offered to new hires that is not offered to current associates nor is the opening.
Retail Sales Associate in Phoenix:
Pros: My experiences in Walmarts Retail/Sales Industry, has added some interests to what I would like to see happen in the future. It has given me insight to what must be done to make working for Walmart (or any other place of employment) a more successful, satisfying, and fulfilling experience. A place that where every individual employed are appreciated and recognized regularly.
Cons: During my employment experience at a specific Walmart and investigation findings of Walmart's orientation promises to it's new hire's, my findings arr that Walmart has no respect for any and or all associates who've dedicated years of their lives to Walmart yet have/are not compensated what so ever. Their pay rate is maybe only $1. To $2.00 more than the average hire pay. Walmart is not true to it's Associates/employees. Not the Walmart I worked for anyways.
