GOOD PEOPLE INTERACTION, friendly work environment, but we need to work on increased sales.

Pros: THEpeople are very friendly and outgoing, everyone helps each other.
Cons: wendys is agood environment to work for.

They're firing/not extending almost all of the IT staff in order to outsource the work to Accenture. The CD[igital]EO was on the board at Accenture prior to joining Wendy's, so that's why they were chosen.
