Administrative Associate Reviews

What is it like working as an Administrative Associate?

April 2023
Building bridges between people and countries.
Administrative Associate in Portland:
Pros: Supportive management, autonomous work, problem solving
Cons: Monotonous, tedious
December 2022
Terrible company.
Administrative Associate in Smyrna:
Pros: None that I can think of. They were offering decent pay, but it was not worth for what they expect you to do daily.
Cons: The expectation in the crappy environment of this terrible company is that you will be in constant motion from 9-5. Even if you produce twice the results, the erratic management will not ever get satisfied. This is an endless game and one you want to avoid. It's like some weird factory assembly line that's producing a bunch of broken-hearted lads. You'll just get caught up in all that and your soul and spirit will be crushed.
September 2022
Great environment, pay does not keep up with cost of living.
Administrative Associate in Columbus:
Pros: The environment - the people, ideas, creativity, passion, dedication
Cons: Underpaid, understaffed, and overworked
July 2022
Mediocre pay, good benefits, good culture.
Administrative Associate in Plano:
Pros: Ally is a pretty relaxed environment. Having a hybrid schedule is nice. Schedules are usually flexible enough. Coworkers are generally positive and stress levels are rarely too high. Dress code is on the casual side for a bank (jeans, sneakers, polos), though not completely casual (sweats, joggers, athleisure, t-shirts). My supervisor and boss are kind and easy to work with.
Cons: Pay is not great compared to competitors. Could offer greater flexibility/freedom with schedules. The office does not have a gym nor is a fitness membership stipend offered. Snacks, and meals are offered at times, but not often. Not a lot of great swag/gifts are provided (clothes, bags, drinkware, office supplies).
