Administrative Coordinator Reviews

What is it like working as an Administrative Coordinator?

February 2018
Administrative Coordinator in Dalton:
Pros: Close to home.
Cons: Lack of diversity.
January 2018
I like that the commute is light.
Administrative Coordinator in Escondido:
Pros: It is close to home
Cons: It is far from san diego

Good but not good enough.
Administrative Coordinator in San Francisco:
Pros: I like that my coworkers are pleasant to work with, for the most part. I like that I work at UCSF, which is a highly reputable place to be. I like working with a majority of women. I used to be pre-med so I like that the setting in which I am working is still related to health/science and it overlaps my two majors pretty nicely.
Cons: The management is a bit rough to be under with not so much transparency and the pay does not feel substantial for the amount of work I do. I do not like being at this level. I want to have more authority. I want to get paid more. I want to learn more. It feels like I've reached my potential and now I'm being squeezed to do more in addition to the current workload I have without proper recognition.

December 2017
Rewarding.
Administrative Coordinator in Bardstown:
Pros: It is a small town with growth potential, especially concerning the bourbon industry. I also enjoy a pretty quick commute.
Cons: Since it is still a smaller town there is less opportunity for employment in my field. Most job opportunities are found in the local factories.
November 2017
A church is just like the real world.
Administrative Coordinator in Santa Barbara:
Always keep a professional attitude and do not assume that because it is a church that people will behave differently than in other businesses.
October 2017
Assigned more job duties with no pay increase.
Administrative Coordinator in Watsonville:
Make sure you asked in advance if other duties assigned what is the compensation.
