Pros: I have great insight from a long time of hands on experience in the restaurant industry. I have seen every angle from starting as a bus boy my first job, moving to dishwasher, to server, then to cook, then a manager and also helping out bar tending.
Cons: The lazy people in the business. The turn around rate in a restaurant is really fast so you have to hold onto the good ones you get because there is a lot of bad employees you will hire until you can find that one good one who stays with the company more than a year.
