Balanced work and living.
Business Consultant in Nashik:
Pros: Best part about working in Nasik is that since it is an industry looking at 2nd generation entrepreneurs taking over businesses, a lot of scope is observed to modernise processes and make them effective. This gives our business a huge scope and also creative approach plus, Nasik is geographically very comfortable to manage travel during the day. This makes it easier for us to cover a lot of clients in a single day while still being effective at each client.
Cons: A challenge of working in Nasik is the scarcity of employable people - meaning which, there is a slow down when we try to upgrade businesses to newer, leaner and robust systems. The mentality of the town is a challenge to us as normally the generation above 40 - 45 years of age is quite in their comfort zone and is reluctant to change due to lack of upgradation and their insecurities towards youngsters joining the business.
