Lots of decent opportunities to work remotely and/or have flex time and relatively cheap health insurance. Programs exist that incentivize healthy behaviors. Work culture out loud is stated to stop at 40- but the reality is much different. Pay is about average for industry and the facility is making a big push for centralizing operations.
