Pros: Home country with fellow Singaporeans makes it easier to communicate and build relationships
Cons: Horrible work life balance, employees are always expected to have their life structured around work instead of the other way round. Not appreciated and rewarded well enough. Singapore being an city state, people feel even more trapped and do not have outlet to escape from stresses from worklife.
