Being A Carpenter Is Heavy And Its Hard Work But Satisfying.
Carpenter Apprentice:
Pros: I enjoy doing it and you can make good money doing it.
Cons: There are tons of politics. Instead of just getting the job done.

Opportunities To Learn New Skills.
Carpenter Apprentice:
Pros: I appreciate that they teach me new skills and trust me to carry out tasks that are new to me. I feel appreciated.
Cons: I am not certain if I am making a competitive wage.

Pros: Not a whole lot, I would say the only thing would be being trusted to work on my own.
Cons: Being blamed for stuff that is out of my control or being blamed for my bosses mistakes.

Pros: I like improving my skills, being creative, learning about different systems of windows and doors. I am very proud to participate in different projects.
Cons: I would like to know if I am paid accordingly.

Pros: I love the different Jobs I get to do, and the variety on the worksites.
Cons: Sometimes you have to do crappy work, such as working in the mud or rain.

Cons: dont get paid enough and dont feel im invested in as much as im personaly investing my self to better the company.
