Pros and cons.
Chef de Partie in Somerset West:
Pros: the fact that the people im currently working with does not hold back on their knowledge, is willing to share what they know to those who are keen on learning.
Cons: every team has strong players and weak ones. if strong players have proven themselves over and over again i think that they need to be looked after in the sense of giving them a little more money to show that theyre thankfull for all that person is doing for the company.
