Cons: The management and plant conditions and operations.

2nd Chance Shop.
Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Operator:
Pros: What I like most about my job is endless. I have the abilities to. Work alone, Be self motivated, Creative, A leader. My own quality control, Understand and operate 5-8 different types of equipment. Make 40 different parts aprox.
Cons: The shameful feeling of missing a day (due to shop foreman, and leaders organization). Not being capable to up grade my knowledge. Feeling like the shop fool. I dont create my own work schedule.

Helping Each Other.

Pros: We help each other out a lot and make sure the job is finished correctly.
Cons: The company doesn't see what we have improved in the last year and thinks we just slack off.

Never A Dull Moment.
Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Operator:
Pros: The job is constantly engaging. There is always something to do, and the best part is it keeps you fit. Loading sheets of wood onto the flat bed routers keeps your body fit, while checking CNC job files for faults and ensuring you are cutting the correct number of sheets for the batch keeps your brain well occupied too.
Cons: The dust is a definite drawback. Dust extraction vacuums are linked to the machines, however they can only do so much. The machines are quite noisy, so ear protection is also a vital necessity.
