Pros: flexibility of my employer. Friendly relaxed atmosphere and environment. Ability to take time off as and when I want. Start and finish at the times I want. Regular breaks. Random gifts from time to time from my employer.
Cons: When other staff are off I have to go out in the field and cover their work.
