An exciting, but thankless job.
Event Coordinator in Arlington:
Pros: The people are some of the best, friendliest, and most talented people. The team and family there really make the job worth doing. The events are exciting and each project provides a new challenge.
Cons: The hours are long and hard. Projects frequently take you away from home and require work on the weekends and much longer than 40 hours per week. While you're at home the hours can be fairly typical, but be prepared for anything while you're on site.
May 2019
Rewarding but hard work.
Event Coordinator in Sydney:
Pros: I love the people that I work with and I love that I am constantly learning. Putting on events and seeing them come to life is amazing.
Cons: I work way too many hours and am paid too little. It's very easy to burn out in this industry and often leaves me thinking that the hours aren't worth the pay.
