My daily responsibilities include answering the phone all day, emailing secretarial documents, organising signatures off directors, cleaning the whole office, coffee runs, organising lunches for meetings, booking travel.
Everyday there is something new I learn there's is never a dull moment in my job. It can be stressful at times but I would rather be busy than bored.
I've learnt so many new skills since starting this job and I am so appreciative of the people that have helped me along the way.
Anyone could do this job, but you have to be willing to learn and patient with the Directors. Attention to detail and a professional manner.
