The Business Model Makes All The Difference.
Family Physician / Doctor:
Every new family physician should educate himself concerning how he is expecting to be paid for his efforts to become a physician as well as to continue as a practicing physician. The practice model must be such that his extensive education is well compensated without the waste of insurance companies. He should consider all his options. My advice is that if he can only see his currency as insurance company claims he should turn in his license and all his credentials and go into some other line of work. Insurance companies have successfully corrupted this industry and involved the U S Government in the administration of insurance to the American people. My advice to the medical student is to begin with the end in mind, get training in financial management, have a second and third vision in mind if medicine does not work out, and be ready to make any adjustment needed to keep going toward your life goals.
