Working for over 10 years in the hotel industry you become to know that you have eyes and ears everywhere even when you don't want to know you always find out something and we always learn new things all the time. It never becomes boring. Always bring you ideas to the table.

Pros: I like working with people and as a team, interacting with guests about their stay. I like the resort I work for it is a beautiful place well put together.
Cons: Lack of staff, makes everyone stressed out and to have to work longer hours than they should have to, and this effects the guest experience.
