Pros: To be quite frank and honest, like, not so much. The work culture in Houston does not compare with the workin culture in Los Angeles.
Cons: Lack of work ethic, lack of commitment, and the mediocre succeed. Meanwhile the few that are dedicated to their job are subjected to being taken for granted and even potentially exploited as an employee.
