Industrial Electrician in Martinsburg:
Rcd is by far the best company I’ve ever worked at in my 22 years in the trade. The company is large enough to take on any size commercial and industrial project but still has the family atmosphere. You never get the sense or feel like you’re just a number. Every time a team member from management comes to visit the job site they go out of their way to let you know how much they appreciate the work you do in the field and know you first name. Will always ask how you are doing , know your first name , and if there is anything they can do for you. By far the best company in our area. Team members in the field are top class and great to work with . When I’m on a large industrial project with several other electrical contractors ( local and out of town)doing various projects I always feel like I’m part of the team that’s gonna do the best quality job and done right the first time.
