Pros: Flexibility. I'm able to change processes very quickly and am involved in nearly all aspects of the company.
Cons: Terrible management. Non-existent structure, no support for developers. Zero professional enrichment opportunities. Tons of stress due to chronic understaffing.

Pros: Learning New Skills, Acquiring New Knowledge and Exposure to new business processes. I love working with different kinds of stakeholders and being innovative in providing solutions to different pains in the company. I love the challenge being put in to me to manage people and projects assigned to me.
Cons: The lack of proper benchmarking in terms of employee compensation.
