A company with good people and bad bureaucracy.
Mechanical Engineer in Tampa:
Pros: TLC has great people here that want to help. I have co-workers that I would consider to be lifelong friends.
Cons: TLC is too top heavy. We have all this work coming in and nobody to work it. 60-70 hours at minimum to fresh young employees.

Cons: Red tape. I understand the reasoning behind wanting to spend taxpayer dollars wisely, but it does slow things down sometimes.
