It’s beneficial to a striving surgeon such as myself. I feel that I’m being pushed to my boundaries and that I learn to have a more deeper appreciation for fellow coworkers and my employers. I consider them to be part of my family.

Pros: I like that we are all treated well here and we have access to equipment that could save every life we deal with.
Cons: The stress of operating and being asked to promise family members of a patient if they’re going to make it or not and I can’t because I don’t know.
