Small company, BIG heart.
Nurse Case Manager in Greer:
Pros: Everyone is friendly and casual; employees are treate with respect from the least-paid to the most-paid. Company owners are in office and helping work staff on a daily basis. The office locations are small, and everyone has everyone's number for help and assistance whenever it is needed.
Cons: The company is small and privately owned, so the insurance benefit is very expensive for family members. However, it is extremely affordable for the employee themselves and is an excellent health plan.
