Nepotism & Elitism is strong in HB.

Pros: It has a more relaxed casual feel being with orcharding, winegrowing and farming being the general backbone of the community.
Cons: Can be small minded, lots of nepotism and elitist individuals running local companies who are corrupt and scratch each others backs. Lots of sons and daughters who are given handouts to start businesses who then abuse that opportunity and mistreat others and use their social status to climb the ladder. Lots of bully employers in HB and companies who hide, support or allow them to continue.
