Pros: My job involves constant reading and learning. I enjoy the diversity of skills I am able to develop and love the team I work with on a daily basis. The workplace environment is fun and energetic with a lot of young people who are also at the beginning stages of their careers. Senior leadership has a vision and they are truly connected to the people that work for them.
Cons: The company is in a high growth phase which is actually a good thing but this comes with the normal growing pains of a fast growing business.

A lot of work for an all time low pay.

Pros: I like the freedom and flexibility it provides, as I do the work on my computer, which I can do anywhere. I have a lot of influence on how the business is run, and therefore feel like I am a big part of it. The company is open to make adjustments, with the right kind of backing up.
Cons: It is currently my worst payed job. The initial requirements for the job done was ludacris, but even though I suspected it, I didn't know at the time how disproportionate it was. Almost no feedback, only when things doesn't work out, after months of asking if it is correct and if it works, with no response. Had to learn SEO, which isolated a good thing, but the hours rack up, and there is no compensation. Boss constantly talks about plans and ideas and asks, forgetting that he is taking up my time whilst doing so. Gave the company lots of ideas they are executing, so far no compensation or even hearty gratitude.
