Pastor Reviews
What is it like working as a Pastor?
December 2014
High stress / low reward.
Pastor:
In the 80's when I first started training for the pastoral ministry, pastors were respected and well compensated. Now churches balance their budgets on the backs of their called workers. If you have a rich spouse and can afford to do full time ministry as a hobby, go for it. If you need to provide for a family, look elsewhere.
November 2014
Nothing.
Pastor:
Be a firm believer and follow your heart.
August 2014
How Much Time It Would Take.
Pastor:
Make sure they are called by God. Don't take everything personal. Make sure you have thick skin and are not easily offended.
May 2014
Caring and nurturing.
Pastor:
Pros: Freedom to visit with people.
Cons: Not enough rest.
January 2014
A Calling.

October 2013
Connecting wages to work ability and performance
