Pros: I am able to work alone and make my own hours.
Cons: Everyone calls in sick on a regular basis and management does nothing about it. There are hard workers and lazy workers yet we all get the same pay. The union protects lazy workers.

Doing all the work with no pay!

Cons: There is zero communication on how the store is run. From top to bottom the worst communication from managers to employees.

Customers, team members mostly pleasant daily basis. Empkoyees feel managers don't care about employees, only their bonuses they receive (1 store manager)

It is very stressfully, due to the fact that managements pets get the good hours,,do what ever duties they want, get weekends off, have a better schedule than those who have seniority thru the union and have been there longer.

Cons: The lack of training with new employees,bringing in new hires from outside the company. The lag when it comes to union contract raises,reviews etc.
