Cons: TEAM LEAD Management doesn't handle situations and acts like she doesn't make mistakes or blames others if she does. Calling you out in front of team and going around tell others about it before confronting you. Has a I'm better than you and sometimes calls you dumb or has a bad attitude bc you unconvinced her from being on phone or flirting with a receiving associate that I've seen her making out with multiple times
