You have to wear many hats in this job but unfortunately the reward does not equal all the responsibility. For the branch locations of this company there is little or no growth opportunities. In fact they are the first place the start looking at to change job titles, minimize stock, equipment excetera to cut costs. I have gain many new skills and knowledge but unfortunately I have not been given any opportunities for advance, which is very frustrating. If you are lucky enough to work for a company that values hard work and dedication take every opportunity to learn something new, improve your skills, step outside your comfort zone to learn and grow. Be your own best advocate.
