October 2014
Creating Future.
Senior Product Manager:
Pros: If you would believe in that software has enough power to shape future, product management on software based products is very enjoyable and satisfied position. You should be related with new technical improvements and be able to understand market need well. Sometimes you manage projects in tight focus with methodologies like scrum, sometimes you should profoundly analyze customer dispositions with methodologies like lean startup. It is like establishing a new company from scratch, starting a brand new product.
Cons: You should learn to stand over two different world at the same time with your two feet. One world of technical assets and other one of marketing world. This means you should learn so much thing to make better estimations. This means hard working and being a more comprehensive person.
