Call is usually brutal. Lack of sleep and expectations are you perform 100 percent. Clinical setting wanted by all. Hospital will wear you down. Expectations always increasing without compensation. Must have great patient care skills.

Good For Your Mind, Hard On Your Body.
Sonographer:
Pros: I learn something new everyday about fetal development from the doctors that I work closely with. I meet interesting people.
Cons: This job can be very physically demanding. Many sonographers have to quit because of musculoskeletal injuries.
