Pros: Commute is great; I have independence in providing care to patience; good productivity expectations
Cons: Turn over is frequent; not as much team cohesion as there once was .Pay for pRNs has not gone up in years -at least for me

Cons: I really don’t know who my supervisor is (outside of the school that I am contracted to).
Seems to be lots of Indians and no chiefs. When there are issues... lots of platitudes and no real support
