Pros: Fairfield is a nice town, but far from where I live (55 MIle commute 1 way) before I started working from home.
Cons: In Fairfield - The commute.

Cons: The pace can feel relentless. This would bother me less if there weren't a lot of additional administrative overhead such as exhaustive time logging, OKRs, and HR goals.
