Pros: I love designing kitchens, and the benefits are good.
Cons: I do the job of multiple people on a regular basis, so it's very demanding and stressful.

Lowe’s has become more about the investors than the customer or employee experience which has all gotten much worse in the last 6 months. The employee to customer ratio is ridiculously low and everyone suffers for it. It’s too bad.

So far so good much better associates at Lowes than the other place.
Having worked at both Management at Lowes is much better. As for compensation barely reasonable, benefits overrated .Need more hands on training not just out of date video learning. Ohh and if you want more productivity get more zebras to your stores can't do job well with out them.

Cons: This position is not a management role by definition but is treating like it by management based on their mood.
