Wells Fargo Bank Reviews
What is it like working at Wells Fargo Bank?
Senior Auditor in Denver:
Decent pay and average people in general. Lots of changes since accepting the job less than a year ago. New management seems to want to improve the company even if it kills their employees. Zero transparency and little respect from management. Since covid, 100% remote work which means 6am texts from managers, expectations to work weekends and no respect for work life balance. That said, each team is different so do your research and be aware of red flags during the interview process.
Not much different than a customer service rep.
