Personal Banker in Hobbs:
Pros: Ability to move up within the company and develop skills and knowledge.

Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer:
The team I worked with at Wells Fargo was one of the friendliest and most genuine I've had the pleasure of working with. The team really prioritized personal time off and family events over work demands. While the work was important, and we were focused on accomplishing business goals, I really felt like my family was important to management, as well.
Customer Service Manager, Banking in Seattle:

The Ins and Outs.
Business Banker in Gardena:
Pros: I love that Wells Fargo is a place where you can grow and develop into literally anything that you want to do in this company.
Cons: Since Wells Fargo has been in the media the banking standards have changed and I do not like the route the company is taking. I love the nature of the job but Wells' execution is horrible.
