The senior management team does not include myself in the decision making process. My proposals are politely reviewed then ignored even thou I have much more experience than the Sr Mgmt team.

Robust Economy.

Pros: Robust economy.
Cons: The government staff have vacated the City for the remote work environment due to COVID and it appears that this remote environment is here to stay. The City is gutted of people leaving way for the homeless to take over. The City is suffering in prosperity safety.

It is an enriching work with a fast-paced tempo. It was a much open and transparent organisation a few years back. However, recent Top Management changes have had an impact on culture, negatively.
