Pros: I've worked at NGC for six years as an ME and it honestly is as hard or as easy as you want it to be. I've had times where I made myself extremely busy and I've had times where I took it easy.
As an EPM now it is out of my control, it is extremely busy and I have no choice but to try to keep up while going to school full-time. It is hard, but I know it is temporary and will be worth it in the end.
Cons: Repetetiveness/boredom, corporate red-tape, lack of profit sharing, same thing every day...
Lots of additional assignments.
