CACI International Inc Reviews
What is it like working at CACI International Inc?
Great experience at Austin Office.
Systems Engineer (Computer Networking / IT) in Austin:
Pros: We very much operate different from most defense contractors and seem to be more cutting edge in our work. Though process is important, we tend to provide more of a creative outlet for our engineers
Cons: The company has been in a transition the past year and there's been quite a bit of turnover as a result. Defining strategy for our projects is very challenging and at times we do not seem to have the proper direction from higher ups to be successful
Great work environment, pay is low and there is a lack of opportunity as well if you don't know the right people.
Software Developer in Jacksonville:
Pros: Flexibility and work environment
Cons: Pay, transparency and inclusiveness when it comes to things like new technologies and training classes.
Dynamic Environment.
Systems Architect in Albuquerque:

Cons: Friendly and fast paced
Business Systems Analyst:
CACI International Inc sends its employees surveys regarding telework, work life balance, health care benefits etc, and makes adjustments based on the results. They ask, listen, and puts things into action, they care about their employees.
Background Investigator.
Background Investigator:
Pros: Good starting pay, 2 weeks PTO, work from home, mileage compensation, decent dental and vision.
Cons: Steep learning curve, training department needs improvement, pushed to make numbers. At times stressful.
Intelligence Analyst:
Cons: Communication between corporate and the line managers is nonexistent which make the communication between the managers and the employees less open than it was before we were bought out by CACI.
Background investigations reviewer.
Background Investigator:
Pros: The flexibility to work from home and the flexible start time.
Cons: The lack of organization and high upper management turnover.
