Northrop Grumman Corporation Reviews
What is it like working at Northrop Grumman Corporation?
Rewarding.
Senior Technical Writer in Madison:
Pros: Northrop Grumman tries very hard to retain their workforce. For example, the contract I was working under was put on hold and I had to find a job. They carried me for several weeks until I found another position within the company.
Cons: There is a lot of "red tape" involved in terminating an employee. This can go on for years. But, it protects the company from law suits. And sometimes the employees turns around.
Huge Company.

Cons: Huge company structure, its very inefficient and often times you have to talk to 5 people in order to find the real person you need to talk to
Satisfied but looking for new adventures.

Challenging but Enjoyable.

Horrible management.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Coordinator in Goleta:

Cons: A lack of ethics and investing into subordinates.
Dinamic and Engaging.
Mechanical Engineer in Ventura:
Pros: I am appreciated in my roll and offered varied opportunities.
Cons: the processes often become a hinderance to work
Good place to work as a first job out of university.
Aerospace Systems Engineer in Huntsville:
Pros: Flexibility on hours, pay/benefits/work-life-balance is great, and the interior management has been very supportive during my onboarding period
Cons: Little to no communication prior to first day on where I would be working, what I would be doing, and who I would be working with. All of this information was not told to me until after I started work.
