I love it that most of the time most of the medications prescribed actually help sufferrers and talk therapy simply help them to feel they are being heard and recognised and that their problems are taken care of in many ways the Trust offers. I love most of the team members and their attitudes to their jobs. and responsibilities. I love to see patients happy and learn about their worries,reasurring them with cooperation, we work for them in partnership. I like my manager and the team leaders.They are fair and flexible with everyone;.I should think.

Cons: Some staff's attitudes to the job. no increase in payments. more work ,les staffing.it makes life more difficult and demoralising.
