Average Salary for 1st Source Bank Employees

Pros: My customers are amazing. I have high ability time make decisions about my own branch.

Cons: Promised raises and development are not followed through. No accountability for upper management. Open door policy is a joke, no follow through. Attention given only to entry level employees due to turn over levels. Consistently over work salary employees with little work life balance. No consistent rules and HR policies are vague and unwritten. No true employee manual. Rules change on a whim.

Pros: Everything. It's a wonderful local bank with strong assets, missions, and core values.

Cons: Nothing.
