Pros: My coworkers are the best and not any managers to be clear

Cons: Management has no coordination. My peers and I agree that these people are bringing down the company as a whole. Also diversity is a joke at the Renton location. The elite managers are all the same and act the same and love to give priority to white married males first, then attractive white women. Us minorities are only hired on as grunt workers. We literally have to step over our own kind to get a dollar raise. It’s inhumane. Honestly it’s like this at every job but these Carmax guys pay better than the competition around. So ehh
