Average Hourly Rate for Fresh Produce Sportswear Employees

Pros: I do like some of the people I work with and the laid back culture. Dogs are allowed in the office which always makes for a better day.

Cons: The company has had an insane high rate of employee turnover just in the year I've been there, as well as years prior. I myself have had two different direct managers, so it has been difficult to get a clear vision of growth in my role. The workload is huge and there isn't enough support. I am in a constant state of being stretched thin to complete the necessary day-to-day as well as taking on developmental projects. It's impossible.
