Pretty good place to work, but poor compensation seems to be a common theme. Constant excuses for not paying  people what they are actually worth. Make sure you negotiate up front... Trying to move up later... It's not uncommon to see employees accept job offers in other departments but be held back for 10 to 12 months because their current manager has no progression plan in place to operate without them...
