Average Hourly Rate for Manorcare Health Services Employees

Pros: I get along with my employees very well and we show respect for each other. I love being able to provide quality food to the patients and knowing that they mostly like the food and they compliment the kitchen a ton makes me feel proud and happy.

Cons: Having a shortage of staff down 5 or 6 employees out of 12-13 positions and having to figure out coverage for 3-4 open shifts in 1 day or work short. Many times over the last 8 months I have had to work myself doing a 3 person job and still have to do my manager duties also and didn't have any support or help from other management staff including my boss. I feel like HR isn't being held accountable for staffing the facility to full staff, every department is working short.
