I love my job but feel the pay is not good.

Pros: Helping patients through an already difficult time

Pros: I love the work life balance. I enjoy the acceptance of having kids.
Cons: Minimum growth over 5 years of employment. Lack of feedback on how you can grow.
Disjointed at best.
Senior Project Manager, IT in Fort Worth:
Pros: Large organization that has been secure during the pandemic, changing the way and how we care for people
Cons: Micromanagement is rampant, organization is so big with horrible processes that don’t allow work to happen efficiently. People have been here forever and their willingness to change is low, I call it Retired on the job.
Disjointed at best.

Pros: Opportunity to lead new projects and learn about an industry segment that i haven’t been a part of before
Cons: Organization is so large with so much red tape, things don’t happen efficiently, processes don’t join together they often leave you hanging in a web of red tape with no direction through it.
Stressflu and underpaid.

Pros: I like helping and providing support to my employees and the customers we serve
Cons: Lack of communication
Just a job, not a career.

Pros: not too much.
Cons: no career advancement, no where to go and clueless management.
Never bored!

Pros: Great company, benefits are getting better and great opportunity for growth and development
Cons: Pay isn’t fair across the board, if you’re brought in way under the pay grade minimum, it’s almost impossible to ever catch up.
