Loan Officer in Charlotte, North Carolina:
Pros: Job security, relatively low stress, 401k match
Cons: The company has very opaque promotion and pay increase structure and there appears high degree of favoritism in raises and promotions. Some very toxic and immature managers have been highly successful. There needs to be some way to evaluate how managers treat their subordinates.
